So many downloads...how do we integrate?

There’s soo much information in the world out there.

Hell, even I am now apart of the information wave!

An important thing to note about this age that I used to struggle with but is helping a lot..

Discernmenttt

Having the gall to choose what is positively impactful, enlightening and aware… versus the NOISE/

A lot of times people (nowww especially) in an effort to build platforms quickly, spiritually bypass as well and build their audience is straight up regurtitations of “third eye talk” and ChatGpT haywire.

Third eye talk can be broken down to the plethora of spiritual knowledge at our disposal without the wherewithal to ground it to reality…which is done easiest through the magical filter of the HEART .

But what does this mean?

The heart is what connects every human to one another - through the thick pains that we have alll touched…to the highest joys of love and connection.

When we only indulge in information about the constructs of the universe, activating our psychic centers, and learning of the astral… more often than not we can easily forget about the traditional teachings of spirituality found and crafted on earth.

A lot of times it can feel like the world literally rests upon our shoulders alone…that we must somehow do something to save it.

THE DEFECIT BETWEEN INNER + OUTER

The truth about understanding our inner world is just a deep dive into the archetypes at play on earth, connecting our past ad futures to the present, and learning how to love all things as they are.

The outer world looks a lot like learning about the astral planes, what happens when we die, how we can “help other people..”

It’s hard when we want to do one thing but feel the imminent pushback of others around us.

The reason that we must develop discernment…which is just knowing what is applicaple to our daily lives and what is putting us out of our free will + soverignty…
AS WELL AS - any sort of talk about the world ending, god punishing people, people “getting their karma” etc…

Funneling information through the heart can look like diving head first into the human lens of the universe.

A really good exercise for this is closing your eyes and imagining yourself looking down on yourself from up above.

It’s like a symbol of how god/source/universe sees us!

When we think that the bigger things than us are scary or dangerous, it will always seem so.

But when we can look down at ourselves from above… especially just sitting in one moment, away from our phones..

Everything seems more hunky dory than we think?
