5 minutes a day to start
How many times have you heard from people to start meditating..?
It’s hilarious to me because before last year I remember feeling so ANNOYED!
So annoyed that people could just simply tell everyone like oh look at me and my reality-
All these problems you have? ha! easy solvable ny closing your eyes and sitting down.
A perspective on meditation could easily just be its sleeping while you’re awake…
Also, like my subtitle, try and just sit in silence for at least 5 minutes a day. This silence doesn’t mean that you’re not thinking because if you’re new thinking obviously isn’t something you can control. (trust me. don’t try. I tried controlling my thinking to shift realities for about 6 months before I crashed out.)

Idk. I like to lead it and we do just thirty minutes of intention setting and I put on a little sound bowl.
Anyways.
The perspective I gained that changed everything was that wow I really don’t know what sounds good to me.
I found that when I was judging those people who made all of those claims on it, that I was actually just resisting the very thing that would take me to the NEXT LEVEL.
Like I’ll level with you a bit here - I used to think I had crazy OCD and borderline tendencies. It wasn’t until I realized how heavily I was relying on and identifying with every single thought and feeling…
It turns out that the meditating I had been avoiding was the key I needed. Just sit with it all and also in the culture itself it’s like yeah I’m not even my thoughts or my mind!
