Info dump on Trauma, Thoughts, Fear

and a fear block idea

I used to never think that I was going to be okay.

I used to never think that I would ever be worthy of love, either.

When I learned that your reality is created by your thoughts I was fucking devastated.

You mean I was perpetuating my own suffering? ( far more likely than you think)

Trauma is just a misunderstanding at the core of it - In extreme cases I suppose we could call it a grave misunderstanding?

You see, our brains are designed to help keep us safe! Memory + Knowledge are phenomenal tools to help you remember and how to navigate hostile environments like deserts and vast valleys…

But they’re not as strong as FEAR.

Fear in its lowest is a mechanism used to control other people and to keep them on a specific timeline set for high chaos outcomes and despair. (also known as ‘hell’, hell is jusr a frequency and supposedly a realm in the astral plane that has high amounts of pain, torture, and is yeah super low low vibes)

Fear in its neutral stance is like being afraid of the dark, being afraid of scary monsters and the like - The neutral stance could also be a natural stance considering that it is a good deterrent to keep our fragile bodies away from certain dangers.

However, Fear expressed in its highest form ( as above, so below) Is a guiding force for where you most need to work in your reality, where you must go on your spiritual path to wherever you would like to go.. (Hopefully your purpose + Awakening)

Fear is not only a powerful teacher, but one of the grandest chasms one must cross in this plane of reality aka earth.

Considering New Earth + Ascension terms: People who are closest on track with developing these so called “golden timelines” are people who integrate their fear, understand its purpose, and step right through.

You will not be able to move forward in life until you can look the deepest shadows of yourself head on.

This isn’t to say that you’ll always see all of them all the time, or even so that it is difficult.

But letting loose strands of blindness and false awareness can lead you to destroy your life through inaction, and fear that leads to inaction is like the one expressed in its worst cases.

I am taking a teacher training currently to better serve my clients and I’m learning (rather intensely) one of the oldest AND ONE OF THE BEST IMO trauma recovery processes in the rig veda.

We’re learning about fear and how it blocks the root chakra - aka causing you to be so afraid of losing things and feeling so constricted that you have nothing to hold on to…

I mention my thoughts earlier because I realized majorly, mostly a year ago, how much pain we can cause ourselves merely through thoughts alone.

Fear overrides your mechanisms, makes you feel worthless, and you end up in stressful situations over and over because you forget that chaos isn’t supposed to be your normal, and you forget that you play a part in every situation.

Gotta sleep now.

Blob over.
